Terms of use

By using the LinkEX Website (www.linkex.dk) (the "Website") all participants and users ("you") agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (this "Agreement"), whether or not you become a user or otherwise participate ("User" or "Users") of the LinkEX script (the "Script"). If you wish to become a User of the Website and/or use the Script, read this Terms of Use Agreement.

This Agreement may be modified by LinkEX from time to time and such modifications will become part of this Agreement and will be effective once posted by LinkEX on the Website. You should review the Website and this Agreement from time to time for any modifications. Your use of the Website and the Script will be subject to any modifications of this Agreement by LinkEX.

For purposes of this Agreement, "LinkEX" means LinkEX, its officers, directors, agents, employees, partners, and all of their affiliates.

Use of Website

The Website is for use in connection with the Script and the author, and may not be used in connection with any other commercial endeavors except as previously approved in writing by LinkEX.

Use of the Website and Script shall be in strict compliance with this Agreement, LinkEX's privacy policy, all other procedures and guidelines set forth on the Website and applicable law.

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting names of Users, partners, businesses/entrepreneurs and/or email addresses of any of the foregoing by electronic or other means for any reason, including but not limited to the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website, will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Privacy Policy

LinkEX will not rent or sell your personal information to third parties.

You will receive update emails on your forum threads, or threads you participated in. LinkEX will not disclose your email address to our partners in any case, these emails are sent through a webform without any third party learning your address.

You may receive periodic newsletter emails from LinkEX. The frequency of these newsletters may vary but will be no greater than once per month.

LinkEX will not disclose your personally identifiable activity to any third party without consent. LinkEX reserves the right to record and display anonymous lending activity on the Website and display the general regions where our lenders are located.
