Does this script check for back links all the time or is it only when the link is submitted..??

Hi,
you can check the backlinks from the admin, either "edit" a link and then click the verify now, or use the
checkboxes from the admin and click the button in the buttom of the page saying verify now.
If you wants to have the links checked regular without your action its real easy to set up with cron on unix systems.
