I got the same error that this person got some time ago. Has the problem been fixed since then? Here is the error
message.

The directory (/home/zalka/www.boobywebcams.com/docs/linkex) is not writable
- the directory is owned by "zalka" while the webserver process is runned as "www-data"

you should ask you host what permissions to set the linkex/index.php and linkex/ folder to, to allow the webserver to
write to the dir and files.

Most likely you should them both the linkex folder and the index.php file to 775. This assumes that you and the
webserver is in the same group.
If that does not work, you should set the permissions to 777
