It would be nice to receive an email from a new
signup.


It should be an option that can be turned on or
off.

hi,

it's a feature that is always on. If you have your email entered in the settings, and the link is added by a person that
is not logged in, you should receive an email with a notification.

You can't turn it off as it is right now, not unless you remove your email from the admin.
I'll put in an option to disable it, if people for some reason would not like to get it.
