Could you put some sort of flag in link exchange sites that want link exchanges with other members?

A centralized automatic exchange would be awesome

i.e. porno site wants to exchange listings. Put up a flag so all porno sites could check
the central database and suck off the URLs to exchange with.

Do in seconds what it takes days to do now.
