It would be useful to have a database of reciprocal links that
could be bulk added at one time to flesh out a new linkexchange
site.

i.e. Everyone could post to one database you maintain and download
it when they want new links.

This would make it easy to insert the database in an existing
linkex form, then send an email to other webmasters asking
for a reciprocal link.

After a period of time, anyone who did not send a reciprocal
link could be automatically deleted, or the webmaster
could make a decision whether or not to keep the link
anyway.

The database should have some function for categorization of
the links as well.

This would keep the porno in one place and other stuff in a
different area.
