When y try to add an new link the system give this error

Unable to verify backlink. Socket error: Connection refused [111]

how can i fix it ?

Well let's see.... "Socket error:"

Linkex needs to connect to the other web server to see if your link is there, think step by step what YOUR server needs
to do to connect to another machine out on the net and you might have your answer.

I don't get you either.

You have to have a brain in the first place then you can use your brain. Turn of the TV.
