Bugs » Linkex subdirectory

added on Nov 9, 2009 by ralph
I downloaded the widget through WP and installed it. It showed up on the blog page (with the default link). However,
there was no linkex subdirectory and thus no admin page or submit page. The download consisted of a single php file. I
installed a copy of this several months ago on another subdomain on the same domain and there is a linkex subdirectory.
How do I get the submit page and the admin panel to work?

It's been a while since I installed it but I think you just create a (empty) linkex folder
and stick the php file in there, when you first go to index.php it sees that there
is no config file and so it asks you if you want to install and you just follow what
it says to do.

Yes, my host told me that earlier and everything is working fine. Thanks for the reply. I do have another question but
it is on a different topic so I'll start a new thread.
