The following message appears when I try to complete the sign up process for LinkEX

Unable to create directory "D:\Hosting\5196200\html\linkex\data"

Can anyone tell me if I should be looking at my hosting company, my site building file structure, or somewhere else. If
you know how to fix it that bwould be great.

If the D refers to where I store the files on my hard drive,then I don't, they are ball on the C
