I have a reciprocal link showing on my linkex from site - http://vasc.ri.cmu.edu/cgi-bin/cgi-vision/unsorted.cgi, which
is a PR6, which in theory would be great. So I checked this out and found that there does not appear to be a link.
However, whenI run the Linkex test for a link it then appears ok.
Please help me to how this can happen, as it makes me worry that there is somehow a bug in the software.
Should I delete the link and then blacklist the person and if so does anyone else wnat to know about this person - they
have done the same think on a few of my sites.
