The directory (/sites/Mysite.com/www/linkex) is not writable

This error appears after installing the linkex folder in my WWW folder on my FTP.

Please explane how this can be solved (step by step would be great:)
It doesn't look like a problem i have tried to adjust the permissions from the WWW till all files bij aplying Batchod

Solved installed new FTP Filezilla adjusted the rights.
