Feature requests » How to have tables of equal width

Hi
I would like to display tables of 250px width with 16px space in tables. I need template width 800px What do I change in
the following template:

{TABLE cols="4"; width="800px"}
<a target="_blank" href="{$URL}">{$TITLE}</a><br />
<description>{$DESCRIPTION}</description>

Help will be much appreciated.
