it would be awesome to be able to track hits in and sort the trades according to it.

Yeah that would be a nice feature. But I don't have it planned for LinkEX, since it would require a lot to be able to
handle incoming traffic.
It would also have to be cheat proof, which is also something quite difficult.
You should properly look for a top list script, or use a trade script, and utilize the top list feature in those.
It's a good idea, but too much for LinkEX :)
