It works before but now i get this Error

I cant login to the Admin Area itself :(

Please download the LinkEX folder just to make sure you have an offline backup.
Download the latest version from linkex.dk, upload the index.php, and run the upgrade steps

o.k i did that and get this error
Error. Could not parse old config

Can you verify that your old config file actually does contain any data? The storage.db file
